Ernie Frocione, Jr. has a degree in Business & Marketing from Stetson University. After leaving a family business in Boston, he relocated to Georgia and has been practicing Real Estate since 2001. Ernie was a code certified Home Inspector, which gives his clients an edge.
Sheila Frocione first obtained her Real Estate license in New Hampshire in 1991. After relocating to Georgia she worked as an assistant to Ernie and became licensed in Georgia in 2007 while working for Morris/Hardwisk/Schnider, the largest RE law firm in the nation.
Sheila has also completed the education requirements to be a Registered Appraiser in the state of Georgia.
Ernie and Sheila have bought and rehabed properies, have experience in being a landlord, and share a vision for Real Estate. After both have worked for the larger Real Estate brokerages, they have come up with a business model that fits "Todays" market.
